Kids Yoga in Chattanooga, Young Yogaletts' classes are designed to empower children by develop an awareness for their own body and surroundings.  Helping them build self-confidence and respect for others.
While working at their own pace, Young Yogaletts will learn and practice yoga postures and breathing/relaxation techniques. Young Yogaletts' classes are taught in a playful environment which include fun activities such as games, singing, reading and dancing.
Moving beyond the physical practice while learning to enjoy mind-body connection, deeper self-awareness, and the ability to relax, and de-stress through the "Fun" practice of yoga.
